At First Alert, your safety is our top priority; if you are not completely satisfied with your fire safety equipment, you may return eligible products within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging with the tamper-evident seals intact to ensure safety compliance.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused safety devices in their original boxes, ensuring all instruction manuals and mounting hardware are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's integrity and sensor functionality, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
